How do I buy a ticket?

When you first enter the store you will be presented with a display of available tickets. You can view a description of the ticket by clicking on the ticket image. If you wish to purchase the ticket, simply select the “Buy Now” button and you will be brought to the details screen for your ticket where you may select the quantity you wish to purchase.

How do I use my Promo Code?

You may enter a promo code in the top right corner of your screen in a field defined Promo Code. Press ENTER or click the GO button to proceed. If the promo code was successful, your promotional ticket offers will appear for selection.

Why can't I see certain parts of the application? I am unable to see the Continue, Add to Basket, Back, or Checkout button.

How do I print my ticket(s) at home?

Print@Home technology allows you to print your tickets from your computer printer, or display the barcodes on your smart phone and go straight to the turnstiles at the park.

Can I change the registered name after an Annual Pass is purchased?

Yes, but name changes made to unused Annual Passes must be made by the Admissions team at the park when you get your pass processed. Once an Annual Pass has been processed, the name on the pass cannot be changed.

What if I cannot print my ticket(s)?

For Print@Home ticket, please reprint your tickets by following the instructions in your email receipt.

You may also have the Admissions team at the Park reprint your ticket/pass on the day of your visit. (A fee applies to replace lost Passes.)

All tickets are non–refundable and non–transferable.

What is the refund policy for tickets?

Tickets, Annual Passes and vouchers are non–refundable and non–transferable. Please be sure you have selected the correct park, the correct tickets and the correct number of tickets before completing your purchase.
